I dunno....Super Troopers was weak in many parts. Sure, I laughed a decent number of times...but there were times I wanted to kill myself at it's mediocrity.

And nobody seems to quote the good parts. The next person that says "The Snozberries taste like Snozberries" is gonna get a jab to the throat, I hate that quote.

I dunno....Super Troopers was weak in many parts. Sure, I laughed a decent number of times...but there were times I wanted to kill myself at it's mediocrity.

there were a few funny parts, but it gets overhyped way too much for my liking
maybe its one of those movies where you heard it quoted so much and was just so hyped it couldn't possibly live up to expectations.

i know thats the way i was with There's Something About Mary and Office Space, but now I love both of them.

Anyways, personally, I love Super Troopers. It makes me die laughing. I'm one of the few that was a fan of Club Dread because I found it to be funny and a strangely good slasher flick. They have a comedy midas touch in my opinion, and although this looks stupid, it'll play well and I bet it will be fun as hell. Better than 99% of the other comedy shit out there. This or You, Me and Dupree? I'll take this thank you very much.

i just saw this movie and as far as guy movies go... it was brilliant. i laughed my ass off. i mean, don't go expecting too much, but if you're with a buddy then i suggest it... about a third the way in it still didn't lose its lasting impact, it was funny from start to finish.

We brought in a bunch of beer into our theater. Needless to say, about 30 minutes in we were shut down, along with half our theater as everyone had to toss out their beers. What a damn shame. Of course I went back home and played Moose which made it all better. That movie pretty much inspires you to drink immediately afterwards.

I doubt it. THey mentioned they have a few projects planned, one of them being super troopers 2. It is a prequel in which they all play their fathers working as state troopers.

anyways, Beerfest was funny as shit. I sweat Broken Lizard, so I knew this movie was going to be good, but it actually surpassed my expectations. It makes you laugh, feel good, and crave BEER!
