spring training bitching aside, Soriano has been sick.

best player: soriano.
my pick for mvp: howard. he's crazy good, and he's only in his second year. it's scary.

Did you see how he's compared to Ortiz?

Ryan Howard:
6'4, 256 lbs., Bat: Left, Throw: Left
.294, 38 HR, 99 RBI's

David Ortiz:
6'4, around 260 lbs., Bat: Left, Throw: Left
.291, 39 HR, 108 RBI's

It's like your seeing double when you watch them swing. They are so alike in their game, it's crazy.

yeah, it's pretty crazy. i heard a stat on sportscenter or baseball tonight about how last year he was terrible against lefties, and this year he's hitting like .275 and has 9 homers vs. lefties. he's gonna keep getting better and better...scary.

i was watching the mets/phils game earlier...he hit one off of glavine, it didn't even look like he hit it that well, it was near the end of the bat...and he still took it deep the other way. that's some fucking raw power right there.

They said he was .149 with 1HR against lefties last year. Now he's tearing it up against them. It's nuts.

i went with soriano. that ball park he's playing in is a bitch for hitters, and he's flourishing there.

Howard is in his second year but he's already 26 almost 27. He's no M-Cab or Wright, both of whom I think are gonna have better careers than Howard.

Anyways there's no way I'm not voting Pujols. This thread doesn't matter because there are like 30 Mets and Phils homers so Beltran and Howard will probably get the most votes

Utley is batting like .360 vs lefties lol...they said the same thing about him.

that shouldn't matter.

his team is why his numbers are so good. besides the home runs.
