With people talking about the Madden curse...which I think is not very true...lets look at nba live...which has a much better outcome. here's the players who appeared on the cover and what they did that year.
96 - shaq - he averaged 27 ppg, 11 rpg and 2 bpg. was an all star and all nba third team.
97 - mitch richmond - averaged 26 ppg and 4 apg. was an all star and made all nba second team.
98 - tim hardaway - averaged 19 ppg and 8 apg while making all nba 2nd team and an all star.
99 - antoine walker - averaged 19 ppg and 9 rpg.
00 - tim duncan - avg'd 23 points, 12 boards and 2 blocks. all star and all first team defensive and leauge. also was all star mvp
01 - kevin garnett - avg'd 22 ppg, 12 rpg, and 5 apg. all star, all nba second and all defensive first
02 - steve francis - avg'd 22 ppg, 7 rpg, and 6 apg. all star
03 - jason kidd - 19 ppg, 9 apg, 6 rpg. made nba finals, all star, first team leauge and defensive
04 - vince carter - 23, 5, and 5. all star.
05 - carmelo anthony - 21 ppg and 5 rpg.
06 - d wade - 27 ppg, 6 rpg, and 7 apg. all star, all nba second team, finals mvp
07 - t mac - maybe t mac will be healthy?

i still cant believe they chose Tmac for the cover... they should have put dirk on it with their green jerseys

anyway is there a curse for any other EA game?
I think the SI curse has been more consistent than the Madden one.

yeah I think it is pretty coincidental.
there are so many "curses" that went into last year's Eagles. SI, Madden, Super Bowl Loser, that one guy who is no longer on the team, etc...

haha i didnt notice that. but sicne you pointed it out, im leaving it:)
But anyway, did they fix the glitches in this game yet from the past 2 versions of the game. Mainly the spinmove glitch playing online, where you could basically score at will?
he thinks nash is overrated.
are you serious? im probably one of the biggest nash fans out there... i was at a few clippers and lakers games in the playoffs and it was amazing just watching nash just toy with 6'6 black guys and making them look like idiots haha..

curry
and won the title. francis, j rose and marbury are rated really high in the game haha

and i usually dont play as the knicks, i usually play as the suns or mavericks.
this year, im gonna make an all nova team, with a lineup of:

I allways play the Mavs, I dont like playing any other team but mine in any games besides college.
