Was really fucking good. Im a big fan of Michael Mann, and this filmed oozed with his trademark style. Farrell was at his best yet. If you liked Collateral, you'll like this.

eh i disagree with you on this one andy. i loved the style, but i thought this movie was awful. im not one to walk out of the theatres but i actually tried to fall asleep to make the time go by faster. i think i may have liked some spots far better than any of my friends too.

well i just felt like unless you knew the ins and out of drug dealing...like some rea drug pushing...you were lost. i was at times at least and im no retard. i guess fox and colin just didnt sell for me (especiallly colin) so i didnt care. I found the fight scenes to be incredible, i loved all the females in the movie, and i thought the bad guy was good as well. I just dont think the film was structured very well. Then again i went to see the late show after working all day, so i have full intention of giving it another full shot.

I didnt really like this movie. There were some parts that were absolutely laughable and the ending was not very good. I would have liked more Jamie Foxx than Colin Farrel and I could not get over his ridiculous look. Oh well, to each his own.

i loved this movie too, andy. best kill scenes i've seen in YEARS!!! i couldn't pick the best one(well, either the one at the beginning in the car, or the the trailer park scene. great soundtrack. i personally didn't mind all the dialogue in the middle. it was never slow for me. i was fascinated by talk and the work they did. another direct hit for michael mann in my opinion.

1: The plot was over complex and poorly explained
2: Sometimes it was really fuckin hard to hear what they were actually saying because of accents/mumbling.

I agree with those. Plus, I thought it dragged along and even though the action scenes were pretty cool, there hardly was any action in the movie. I just found myself getting really bored with it and it felt very drawn out. Wasn't a fan.

The cinematography in Collateral is so freakin' amazing. I could watch that all day.

i went to the improv the other night and the host of the show was sitting in the back while one guy performed and after he performed the host walks up and goes "the guy in front of me just got a text and i looked over his shoulder to read it and this is what it said....Miami Vice is it not the greatest movie ever? The only answer is yes. why the fuck do you people waste your money on texts like that
