Starting tomorrow, we will be offering a downloadable, exclusive EP from The Transit War (http://www.myspace.com/thetransitwar), recent winners of mtvU's "The Freshman" (beating out Circa Survive, Daphne Loves Derby, etc.). This made-for-AbsolutePunk EP will feature two previously released tracks, one exclusive acoustic song, and two brand new tracks from the band's upcoming full length effort, Miss Your Face, in stores October 3rd. Oh man, this is so rad. I seriously get excited for these free EPs like no other. They always get me into a band more, and help me enjoy others I haven't heard too much about (Tourmaline, Down To Earth Approach and most recently, Lakes). I applaud you guys for doing these - they're so fucking cool and helpful to bands who need more exposure.
