well i think the writers knew from the get go that they were gonna write a bad movie, but that's sorta the whole point. it's already become a cult film of sorts even before its release. i doubt anyone involved with the movie truly felt they were making a cinematic masterpiece, it's like one big joke and i think it's gonna be pretty damn fun to watch.

I think they were 99.9% sure (New Line) that it would be given an R by the MPAA. But the official rating hasn't been out that long I don't think.

i think it just depends on who you get at the box office. i've taken my bro to see underworld 2 when he was 15 and they didn't give me a problem. then we went to see lucky number sleven with him, and they wouldn't let me buy him his ticket saying i had to be 21 to buy a minor a ticket for R movies. same shit with thank you for smoking.

Yes, I will see this movie and enjoy it because I think B-movies are great and hopefully it will inspire more people to do B-movies(taratino/rodriguez will give the next boost). Slither only made around 3 mil but i thought it was excellent.
