Who do you think will win the American League Rookie of the Year?

Liriano wont pitch this season again, or shouldnt so I am gonna count him out probably. Even though hes amazing still and could win

Papelbon could and possibly should as well

Verlander I picked him because I think he can get a few more wins and should lock it up

Weaver is making a strong case for it too. You could almost decide this by a flip of a coin

I went with Papelbon. he'll end with 40+ saves and even if his ERA comes back to a normal closer's ERA, he should be fine.

uh, what the fuck are you talking about? I said if his ERA comes back to a normal closers ERA, meaning, not the unreal, super low ERA that he has now. If he has a 1.50+ I think it still goes to him.

It's not that I don't think everyone on that list is worse, but who really expected Papelbon to do what he's doing. Nobody even heard of him except for Boston fans.

i grew up a fan of everything pittsburgh. and i followed bonds even when he left for san fran.

i may only follow casually, but i'm still loyal and not gonna jump ship for no real reason.
