Trustkill (http://www.trustkill.com) has made a new It Dies Today (http://www.itdiestoday.com) track available for streaming right here (http://www.trustkill.com/artist/It+Dies+Today). The song is called "Sacre Coeur" and is taken from the bands upcoming album, Sirens, which is out on October 3rd.

Woah, totally not what I would've expected vocal-wise...the voice kind of reminds me of Matt Heafy of Trivium.

I liked the heavy beginning but these vocals are horrible. What a letdown. They used to be good, now they're just trying to make money.

this stuff is total butt rock now. it will probably end up being on the radio and played next to nickleback, theory of a dead man, and tap root and such. its a shame. hopefully they make cash. this cd is gonna be a gem for over weight 50yr old men with harleys. it will blend right in there with godsmack.

I love It Dies Today, I think their EP and CD were fucking amazing. However, this new song's like raspy, gruff vocals are fucking garbage. The chorus is decent, more poppy than anything on Caitiff Choir but still good. If only the shitty singing was exchanged for screams this song would've been really good. They played 2 live songs when I saw them the other night, and it seemed that he was screaming a lot but it was hard to hear it. I pray this song is just the shitty single.
BTW, to whoever's heard the album, where the hell can I find a leak, I just want to see if the rest of the cd is like this shit or not.

I agree. I think this stuff is TOO radio ready. It's okay to go a little softer but damn, I sure wasn't expecting that!

A constant reminder is a hell of a lot better than that other song, but his scream is so different. I just don't know about these guys anymore.

I completely agree with your first sentence, not so much the second. I don't hate it, but it certainly is different. Like someone else said, if those harsh vocals were like his harsh vocals on The Caitiff Choir, it would be much better.
