As Tall As Lions cut their encore short from what their set list said.... seemed Dan was annoyed with something with the sound levels in his ear buds, or he just wasn't feeling the extra couple songs.

Also, I may be way way late on this, but I hadn't seen ATAL in like two years.... since when have they been a 4-piece? It felt like something was missing the other night, and when I looked through photos, I realized.... all that energy the keyboardist had plus the horn and everything, it added another layer in the music that really feels vacant now

They've been a four piece since 2005 I think. Don't quote me on that, haha.

I just saw them in Nov with Minus the Bear and I'm pretty sure they toured as a six piece... I don't know why they wouldn't come out guns blazing for the headlining tour. I guess I'll find out tonight.

Bump because that set list is insane.

I think I was just convinced to catch this when it comes to Baltimore in a few weeks. As Tall As Lions is one of my favorite live bands. I saw some pictures from the show on 4/6 (I believe) and they played as a 5 piece. Maybe somebody was sick or something for a few shows?

HOLY CRAP.

That is an epic setlist! I've never seen them play this many songs at once before! The most I've seen is 13 or 14.
