is it just me or have we gotten to a point where rush limbaugh is the least offensive conservative pundit out there? i'm not even a liberal (i consider myself to be smack dab in the middle), but when i hear the local conservative talk radio station (which my mom constantly has on in the house) it just makes me sick to my stomach. anyone else feel this way?

And conservative talk radio is so racist.
I heard a guy (the show host) talking about the war in Iraq, and it basically shifted from that, to him talking about their civilians not really being civilians, their wives running out screaming when their husbands are shot, mocking what their language sounds like when said wives run out screaming, and basically making fun of "the guys with turbans on their heads" and the whole culture, basically.
It was disgusting.

yeah you're probably right. i don't live in an area where we get liberal talk radio, but i can't imagine that it would be a whole lot better (although al franken does make me laugh at least).

Republican radio may be dull or pointless but it’s hardly reached the vile nature of fools like smalley or the Air America network as a whole.
The problem is the lack of competition. National republican radio has no true competition from moderates or, viable, liberal voices, so it has grown stale.

As much as I despise conservative talk radio, liberal radio is far more pathetic, because it is nothing more than pandering to the democrats, who are nothing more than a party that is conserative as well. If I desire to hear a trustworthy person talk about various topics, I'll go to a pundit that is not caught between the conservative/liberal paradigm that plagues the political process.

2. Yes, there's a difference between an 8th grader who is making a pretty dumb judgement on things and me saying that she's wrong. The HAHAHAHA was because I really did laugh out loud at what she said. People don't realize the age difference. Think back to when you were 14 and to how you were at 16/17. Big difference.
an indifferent radio show would be nice....but then who wants Utopia....anyone that argues for either party's radio show is nieve......propaganda will always be around

As much as I dislike extreme conservative and liberal talk radio, i cant help but to find myself more put off but conservative talk radio because of the open way that they generally promote homophobia and racial tolerance. Even the more light (for lack of a better word) conservative radio hints towards that kind of mentality.
