The Pietasters (http://www.thepietasters.com) have announced a handful of free shows and a stint with Big D and the Kids Table and The Toasters. You can view the band's full schedule below.
08/18/06 - Alexandria, VA @ Kingstowne Center. Show at 7:30pm.
08/25/06 - Virgina Beach, VA @ East Coast Surfing Championship FREE SHOW
08/31/06 - Blacksburg, VA @ Henderson Lawn FREE SHOW
09/01/06 - Washington, DC @ Kennedy Center - Millennium Stage FREE SHOW
09/15/06 - Wilkes Barre, PA @ TBA.
09/17/06 - TBA
09/24/06 - Baltimore, MD @ Street Beat Festival - Federal Hill (Onstage at 5:30pm)
10/28/06 - Boston, MA @ TBA w/The Toasters, Big D & The Kids Table, and more!
10/29/06 - New York, NY @ Knitting Factory w/The Toasters, Big D & The Kids Table, and more!

These tour dates came directly from The Pietasters official website, but I will investigate the matter.

Big D can't possibly be playing a Halloween show somewhere other than Boston... and on my date too!

They don't always do it ON Halloween, though.

I'm not entirely sure. I'll look into it and see what I can find out.

Someone told me they have live music in front of the movie theater sometimes.
