I have a question, because I know at least one member of the band posts here.

When you guys play live, how come pretty much everything is prerecorded? I mean yes, there were live drums on top of the synth drums, but nearly everything else was coming from the ipod. Even the keyboard you already had recorded, and the vocals you used an autotune processor. I'm not trying to completely trash your band, but are you planning on getting enough members to really play live or are you going to keep the show the way it is now?

Hey, good question and thanks for asking it. Basically the reason that any of it is prerecorded at this point is just so that I can get by without a full live band.
Probably after the album comes out ill add more members to the live show.

i am so stoked to start this record on monday. its seriously going to rule. and thanks for the kind words about the rise earlier. i gotta give my boy some credit though, theres 2 of us from the rise producing. me and jimmy are a team called ocelot mthrfckrs. our myspace (http://myspace.com/ocelot_mthrfckrs). jimmy will be flying over from england monday and luis coming down to austin from dallas a couple days later and we will be in the studio for about a month hammering this record out.
