Which of these options involving cover songs are the most disheartening?
1) "Kidz Bop" Covering The Beatles, arguably the best band of all time.

2) "Punk Goes Classic Rock" covering rock classics that are/should be uncoverable.
Includes the blasphemy that is Christofer Drew covering Bohemian Rhapsody, arguably the greatest song of all time!

Beatles songs are pretty kid friendly as it is.
Anything Kidz Bop gets my vote in a "which is worse" poll.
Punk Goes Classic Rock has a few potentially good songs.

As soon as I saw Kidz Bop Sings The Beatles on that album cover I imagined a group of kids pushing each other on swings singing "I get high with a little help from my friends".
Kids have been listening to The Beatles for over 40 years, Kidz Bop Sings The Beatles is indulgent and unnecessary.

Beatles songs are pretty kid friendly as it is.
anything before 1966 is, the rest (while considerably positive in music and lyrics i.e. "Getting Better") is pretty technical and advanced even for today. It took me awhile to open up completely to Abbey Road

the Punk Goes... series hold some good cover songs... This compilations just get a lot of hate because of the bands and type of music involved...

kidz bop is what it is.... i hate the beatles, but it offers "kidz" a chance to get to know their music.
punk goes classic rock is terrible, usually these comps involve the band adding their spin to the song,
in this case they just looked up lyrics and guitar tabs. then EOTC song had the right idea, but i just didnt like it.
