There aren't any active threads about the new album so I thought I'd make one.

I'm not as stoked on it as I was Truth In Sincerity, but it's definitely not bad.

I hear that it's available in Target stores and that it's only $7.99, or free if you're tech savvy (I didn't hear that last part! It's morally reprehensible!).

Ya check out the first track and Three Words. It's not that fast paced but "Burden of The Past" is one of my favorites.

As said earlier, I enjoyed the music but I haven't been able to get into the new voice yet. I'm not complaining and saying I wish Matt was back, I just am having trouble getting into Jessie. Maybe it will grow on me.

It came off as really boring to me. A lot of filler, it seems. His voice isn't bad but I don't think it's suited for this band. I'm writing the review right now, it'll be up tomorrow.

I mean, in the two weeks I've had this, I've gotten maybe six listens in, and they were all pretty forced after the first one. SO BLAND.

I was really unsure about even checking it out because I thought it would be garbage with the new singer but it's really not bad at all. I'm finding it to actually be pretty catchy.

Truth in Sincerity was wayyyyy better than this. it's alright, kind of growing on me. these guys have regressed musically since TIS though. where are all the sweet lead riffs that were in songs like summer, runaway, temporary, etc.???

Yeah the music is straight Amber, but that's what I related with Matt's voice. Now hearing Amber P. music with a different voice is just hard to stomach. lol

for some reason i think they sound like a christian band now with his vocals...idk kinda weird but that's just what i think haha

It's just pop rock. I'm not really picky with genres besides pop punk.

If I remember the story correctly, Fuse was filming the bible study in question for their Warped show when Fat Mike, high or drunk, came rolling in and joined the group. He then kept asking questions about their religion until I think Dango kicked him out.

The new CD is boring. But I don't get it that people don't mention their firs EP and first full-lenght. Maybe because I have a personal connection with these two releases but dammit, if you hear those songs and now this album, what a shame. And yeah, truth in sincerity was way better than this but still no way near TPATP.
