Mini-camps are exactly the same, kind of lame. Everything looks recycled from 06, the same fonts, boxes, menus..it's looking a little recycled. The soundtrack is weiiiiiiird, it's all scene music, Underoath, Dashboard, Anti-Flag, etc. The NFL Superstar mode looks kind of cool, but I'm not interested in not having control over the plays chosen or any say in the off-season aquisitions. That annoys the hell out of me.

I dont care about the blocking thing, its just a gimmick, like the passing cone last year. i just want great gameplay and graphics from the 360. ncaa for 360 has a glitch (for only some people) and the game freezes alot, if this game has anything like that im going to be furious. its pretty hard to pay for your own schooling, car, phone, and rent, then waste 60$ on a freaking coaster. I have my fingers crossed this game is glitch free, and that my wal mart has it at midnight tonight.

I have never had a glitch in MVP Baseball 05 or Fifa World Cup 06. Nor have I expierenced any in College Football 07.

theres tons of collision detection problems at fenway. if you hit it to the mini triangle against the monster (where the monster meets the first row of OF seats that are covered during day games) the ball will get stuck and the fielder wont be able to get to it.

i actually went against my advice earlier and picked it up at walmart at midnight. (i had nothing better to do) i got it for 360. Its a solid game, gameplay is better than last years, as are graphics. but the commentary is non existant again, and that kinda sucks. i like the tv style gameplay and i dont have that option. i have only played one game so far, and i like it. im not raving about it, but its a solid game. id give it an 8.5 out of 10

Too bad for you. Kicking FG's in Madden with the old system was great. It was realistic as far as difficulty most of the time.

Dude, wtf. I had a QB in superstar mode and I decided to sim the season... total scrambler, 95 speed. Has a 68.1 QB rating for the year with 17 tds and 20 INTs, and 1348 yards rushing with an 11.8 YPC average, which is awesome. BUT, he got named not only Rookie of the Year but the NFL MVP. Any QB with a 68 rating does not deserve that, I don't care how good of a scrambler he is, lol.

don't do quick save, you don't want to ever save the rosters unless you do some manual things. Delete your profile or roster file and then save it as soon as you enter the game.

So I started a Superstar mode as a RG just to get a hang of the lead blocking control. I got drafted by the Falcons and had 28 pancakes in the first preseason game against the Patriots.

And you DO get to play defense too. Just no play calling.

So after I did that and felt comfortable, I played as the Bengals against the Steelers. Using the lead blocking control, Rudi Johnson rushed for 217 yards. In the first half. against the Steelers.

Best innovation ever.
