NO GOAL.

EDIT: They aren't my actual favorite team. That was just to go with the Fuck _____ trend. My real favorite team:

The 2005-06 Buffalo Sabres. Fuck Rory Fitzpatrick for taking 5.5 seconds to find the puck. By the time he saw it, Brind'Amour was already roofing the go-ahead goal.

i liked that team for one reason: WILLIS. although his knee blowout gave me nightmare flashbacks almost every time i stepped onto a football field through the end of last season. (which was my last). and i was just a lineman.

seriously, that team was stacked. The starting 5 of McNamara, Melo, Kueth Duany, Hakim Warrick and Craig Forth was awesome. The first guys off the bench were Jeremy McNeil (was always a block monster when he came in), Josh Pace (ugliest form ever, but always seemed to pull off the shots), and Billy Edelin (was great as a frosh, but a complete waste of fucking talent every year afterwards).

2002 was when willis started and had that injury. but i know what you mean, its an awful awful thing to happen. he was unbelievable that year.

shit. my fault. 01 was with Portis then.

That's too long ago for my mind to comprehend. But back to Willis. He's finally getting back to that speed he used to have. He's the one thing I'm excited about on this Bills team.

haha i knew you would have something to say about that. i taped the game, it was a backwards pass, ive seen it 10000x, they even had a nfl films thing on it, that showed it was the right call.
:)
although i dont know how they made the call at first, it took a long time to look at it and see.

uhhh. Probably the Red Wings teams of 1997 and 1998 when they won the cups. And most of the 2002 team except I will never root for Hashit so that team get's bumped down on my list.

But my all time favorite has to be the 2000 Michigan State Men's Basketball National Champions.

That's how you can't claim them as your favorite team. In that case, I'd like to claim the 1968 and 1984 Detroit Tiger teams.

Obvious reasons being: because you're going to clearly suck forever from now on because you lost Randle El, who you know, is the greatest WR of all time. right?

Hahaha oh yes, for sure.

But seriously though, he's not a big loss at all. The WRs we have now are better than him. All I'm gonna miss from him are his trick pass plays. (Used like twice through the whole year)

yeah, definitely. I think you could split off Omar Jacobs much in the way that Seattle has done with Senica (sp?) Wallace in that playoff game I think it was, last year.

And if you do that, then trick plays are possible because he can run and throw.

My favirote game of all time was the Titans-Steelers playoff game a couple years back where the Titans kicked a game winning field goal but Cowher called a timeout rigth before the play, and the stadium went crazy with fireworks, and they had to redo the kick. The next play he missed but there was a penalty, then nedny nailed it on the 3rd kick. that was just crazy.

also 95 jersey devils (swept the superpower red wings in the finals.)

and the 2001 new england patriots (looking at the roster from that superbowl... i have no idea how we won. it makes zero sense. i cant name the #1 or #2 WR for NE and antwain smith was our running back.)

beat me to it ..this is my 2nd choice, without a doubt. i couldnt believe that team won the Super Bowl. Everything that happened leading up to it, w/ the tuck game and Brady going down against Pittsburgh only to see Bledsoe return and lead the team to victory. Then everyone rememembers the SB and that drive + kick to win it. I dont think anyone in New England thought we had a chance against the Rams, which made it so much better.

oh and troy brown was the #1 WR and david patten was the #2. Besides those two guys, our next best WR was the She w/ 204 yards recieving on the SEASON. also, jermaine fucking wiggins was our TE. unreal.

mikeford
08/22/06, 08:43 AM
no dude, go look at that roster. troy brown was not the #1 and i dont think patten was even on that team. go look up the roster. i cant do it at work.

i looked up the stats. brown had the most recieving yards (1199) and was a Pro Bowler. Patten was 2nd w/ 749 yards. Then there was Terry Glenn, Fred Coleman, Bert Emanuel, Charles Johnson and Torrance Small ..who were all useless.
