how does he manage being in a band and running a label (time wise)
has being on the business side of music changed the way he deals with his own band?
what's the relationship with him/ferret and other indie labels (trustkill, metal blade)?

How hard is it to get a independant label of the ground? How much money did you first have to start off with? How hard is it to get distro?

What does he think of Tony Brummel and where does he see Victory in the near future. Also, how does he go about signing bands such as LoveHateHero and Boys Night Out, seeing that they don't really fit in musically with majority of the bands on Ferret.
