The Office (I'm assuming you mean American version because the other contenders are American shows) on the strength of Seasons 1-3. The Pam & Jim storyline was great, the show was insanely funny, and it looked really unique for American TV.

30 Rock, by far, The only show out of the choices that I have actually seen all the seasons, competely. The Office first 3 seasons were great but since then, eh haven't really been into it. Scrubs had its good seasons, like seasons 1, 2, 4, and 8 were great but the newest season was abysmal with the new cast. And as for TBBT, I haven't seen it.

Out of those I had to go with the Office. But if there was an Other category I would choose either Community or Party Down above it.
Although I love all of them except 30 Rock.

Never really watched the other three, but I'm sure one of them is better than The Office. I love The Office seasons 1-3, and 4 was okay, but then it just started to suck.
My love for Scrubs and the Office is too overwhelming to diss one of them,

Voted for The Office, never got into Scrubs at all. I think Parks & Rec is better than 30 Rock at this point as well

While you may be right to some point, in my opinion, it's been the most consistently funny show I've watched. I never laugh out loud at sitcoms because they're usually retarded (how the Office was made baffles me) but this show kills it.

It all comes down to opinion. I watch Community and think it's very funny but I don't think it's better than Office/30 Rock. Is this season of Community better than this season of The Office? I could probably agree to that. But is 2009-2010 Community better than The Office 2007-2008? I don't think it's even close.

30 Rock probably has some of the best writing/acting in television right now. Sorry I cannot fathom why anyone could vote for Big Bang Theory. Watched it on a plane, and did not even smile once. Or maybe because I hate sitcoms all around.

Never seen BBT, 30 Rock isn't unfunny I just have no desire to watch it or keep up with it. I've seen the first two seasons of The Office and while I think it's funny and well written, I'm not exactly compelled to watch the rest.
I lurrrrve Scrubs. (at least seasons 1-8. I haven't seen the new stuff and it's really not high on my list of things to do)

i voted Office, but on 30 Rock there was one where Liz said Philly was the best city and Jack said Boston was better because Ben Franklin was born there, then Liz goes "yea but then he realized it sucked and moved to Philly beotch" was histerical. And then the LA guys via webcam were saying how great LA was, and everyone in the room just laughed and Jack just shut off their screen. One of the funniest things i have ever seen

Still have to go with Scrubs. It's always on Comedy Central and I can always get some laughs out of it. Plus a bit of "drama." Good characters.

the office/30 Rock. I voted the office due to how much i used to love it, but i think im beginning to like 30 rock more.
Scrubs is my favourite show of all time, not just of these shows. I would order the others Old Office > BBT > 30 Rock > New Office
Although I have enjoyed the past couple of Office episodes.

What are you talking about? The Tracy/Kenneth/Griz and Dotcom storylines are great. Without a laugh track Big Bang Theory is pretty much nothing. Look at the video above.
I greatly disagree about Tracy and Kenneth, I hate both of them. Dotcom gets a couple of laughs when he appears, which isn't often. Griz is bland. I don't see how that clip shows much, I don't think that's particularly funny with a laugh track. Also, the show is made with the laughing which is why removing it leaves points of awkward silence.

the whole concept of a laugh track is useless. I feel that there are great shows that have laugh tracks that don't need it (Seinfeld/How I Met Your Mother), while shows like Two and Half Men and Big Bang Theory use it save their shitty jokes and writing.

the office kinda fell off imo. scrubs did too for a while. 30 rock has yet to be bad. never watched big bang. overall i think scrubs is my fav out of those, although i rly enjoy old office and all of 30 rock. parks and recreation & community are 2 awesome newer shows too

I like the seasons of Scrubs before it moved to ABC
I would put 30 Rock above the rest when it comes to new episodes, but Scrubs is still one of those shows I can watch over and over again when I have a day off and get stuck watching reruns on daytime TV, so I picked Scrubs.

Scrubs has longevity in its favor, but I've gotten much harder laughs out of Alec Baldwin and 30 Rock. The Office wasn't really even in contention for me, that show fizzled hard. Close but I went with 30 Rock.

I was never able to get the 30 Rock hype, it just doesn't do it for me.
The Office is the best.
Every episode of 30 Rock that I have seen has maybe made me laugh two times, tops.
Scrubs was hit and miss throughout the series, more miss than hit.
Big Bang Theory is just terribly unfunny.
