Bayside Play Their 1000th Show

At Bayside (http://www.myspace.com/bayside)'s 1000th show at the Crazy Donkey in Farmingdale, NY, they were joined on stage by members of The Sleeping (http://www.myspace.com/thesleeping). Members of Endwell (http://www.myspace.com/endwell), Bedlight For Blue Eyes (http://www.myspace.com/bedlightforblueeyes), and Deciding Tonight (http://www.myspace.com/decidingtonight), and November Kills (http://www.myspace.com/novemberkills) were also in attendance.

interesting, I saw one of their very first shows a few years back at the downtown. they've come a really long way.

i was at this show, and they were even more amazing than the last time i saw them. they played most of their s/t and a decent amount of old songs which was awesome. they even did a cover song, 'megan' off their acoustic cd. great set and they encored with 'don't call me peanut' and ended with 'dear tragedy'. during dear tragedy cameron from the sleeping played guitar and members of all the bands came out it was such a great moment. love these guys.

That band Endwell played here like three years ago

I remember their guitarist did a cartwheel off the stage, and they were really tight, especially because they were pretty young. It's cool that they're still going I guess even though they weren't my cup of tea, they were pretty cool guys.


But congratulations to Bayside, that's pretty big

1000 shows, eh? Damn, that is so awesome. I love Bayside. They put on great live shows, and seem so into making the crowd have a good time. And that's all they want.

I hope they escape the evil grasp of Tony's money-swilling hands and find more success on another label. They deserve much better than Victory.
