I used to have full body pajamas that had a square hole in the butt (it closed with buttons) so you could open it if you had to go to the bathroom.

Since they are pj's, people are less likely to see the hole. I have a hole in a pair of my pj's too, but its not that big. I still sleep in them. If you really care about them, sew the hole or just iron on a patch.

i dont get why pants that have holes in them already when you buy them cost more. you can just buy the cheap pair and rip yourself =/ whatever floats your boat.
