My QB's so far are Tom Brady, and Drew Bledsoe

Drew Bree's is on the market.

I have two defenses. Philly and Baltimore.

Do you think it's worth it to drop a defense to pick up another QB?

i generally only carry 1 defense if i have a solid defense. philly and bmore are both in that category so yeah, id only carry one and then just pick one up for your primary DEF's bye week. or just go without a DEF for a week. DEF rarely gets you a fuckload of points anyway.

ok question #2

out of the two, what d would you drop? I tend to have a favorite team bias towards football. So I'm weiry of dropping the Eagles

what do their schedules look like? the eagles dont have many hard games outside of the division but they do play in the toughest division in the league... so yeah.

i dont think carrying 3 QB's makes much sense, especially when one of them is Brady. I'd drop Bledsoe for Brees and keep both defenses. They are fairly even defenses so you could choose which D to use depending on who has the better matchup.

DROP BLEDSOE? ARE YOU MENTAL?

HE WAS ONE OF THE BEST FANTASY QBS LAST YEAR AND NOW HE HAS TO.

youre on crack, my man.
drop BRADY since he's a pretty shitty fantasy QB anyway.

haha, Brady is the consensus #2 QB. Bledsoe is going undrafted in most leagues and if he is drafted, its in the final rounds. He might not even keep his starting job. Anyone starting Bledsoe over Brady needs to give up fantasy football.

dude id glady start bledsoe over brady. fuck that. brady is not a fantasy QB.

they already said drew henson aint starting in 2006 so is tony romo gonna take his job? yeah right.

bro, Brady was a top 3 fantasy QB last season. He was up there w/ Manning and Palmer. Bledsoe barely cracked the top 10.

and theres been a lot of speculation of Romo being groomed to take over this season, but Parcells has denied it.

pats already said they wouldnt let branch go without getting an incredible offer and Ben Watson is just getting going. Brady spreads the ball around better then anyone ..losing Deion wouldnt kill him, especially since a wideout is likely coming back in return.

Well they did get Jackson in the draft. Maybe he could step up.

I'm kinda worried about Brady. Especially if Branch holds out. He doesn't have much of a WR gang to throw to.

but he has 3 viable TE's (who will all get regular playing time) and RB's who can catch out of the backfield. Even if he drops off a little, which I dont think he will, hes still a much better option than Bledsoe.

you seen David Thomas? Sure hands and will put his body on the line. He'll spell Watson from time to time in two TE sets and he's another guy defenses need to pay attention to.

you could even throw in garret mills, who is the all-time NCAA leader in recieving yards by a tight end. dont forget about kevin faulk either, who is a dangerous pass catcher out of the backfield.

there are plenty of weapons at brady's disposal, even if they arent classic wideouts. and hes shown throughout his career that he loves to spread it around so i think this offense is going to be just fine.

I didnt seem him play but I will take your word. I thought he had the most upside of the WR too. well it is preseason plus its still early in his career

yeah im just saying, im not pinning my hopes on the dude cuz thusfar he's looked real bad.

leftwide, havent seen david thomas... you think he's gonna get reg. playing time?

Brady > Brees > Bledsoe

There isn't much of a point to have 3 QBs. But, you could always use Bledsoe as trade bait or something.

yeah ...hes got very good hands. He doesnt help that much w/ blocking, but since the Pats love to run the 2TE sets, he'll probably line up on the other side of Graham when Watson needs a breather or is having a bad game. I mean they used a 3rd rounder on him so he's definitely in the team's plans. He plays all out but that might come back to haunt him when he runs full-speed into NFL safeties on a constant basis.

it seems, to me at least, that we're going to see a new approach to the offense. Drafting Thomas and Mills, 2 sets of very good hands at TE/FB, was clearly done to compensate for the lack of depth at WR. I can't imagine there will be many 3 WR sets this year.
