do you guys remember back when the pictures of mohammed were shown in european newspapers and the middle east freaked out and crap.
and south park made the family guy episode making fun of it and was not allowed to show muhammed?
i was watching an old south park episode...the one with david blaine and how he is creating a new religion. jesus is part of a justice league of all the main religious men. and one of the men is muhammed who you see over and over in the episode.
so what the fuck?
I knew about this. It's hilarious. As well as that, Muhammad is in the opening credits of every episode of season 10 I think.
So you didnt get the joke right? Also they play the episode of Mr. Show with Mohammed in it.

The only reason Comedy Central is retarded is because they got rid of SNL and replaced it with Mad TV.

i never knew it. until i saw the episode just last week.
No the joke was the Comedy Central censored the last appearence. South Park censored it and claimed comedy central did. thats the only way the episode works. If they showed Mohammud it wouldn't have been that funny, but the fact that in the south park universae they were allowed to see it but we couldnt on the show is what made it funny.

In response, South Park aired a 2-part episode culminating in President Bush, Jesus Christ, and various Americans defecating on each other and the American flag to point out the hypocrisy of not allowing the Muslim prophet to be shown at all but allowing the Christian Savior to be shown in an insulting manner (this episode originally aired on the Wednesday before Easter Weekend). Interestingly, however, Muhammad is shown as one of the Super Best Friends in the episode of the same name.

I dont mean this as an insult, but i found that hilarious.
As for MadTV, a whole mess of years ago I was hangin gout with some friends. We were flipping channels and stumbled across a very funny show. Turns out it was MadTV and we jumped part way in an episode that was part of a marathon (I think it was a local uhf station). We were laughing our asses off for 4 or 5 skits. We kept watching it or changing the channel back through out the night and it was godawful. It was so odd though because that one episode was extremely funny then everything else was shit.

When I was in 5th grade, I used to watch MadTV because I thought I was getting away with something. But when I grew older, I stopped watching because it just wasn't funny to me anymore.

Of course thats how they claim it went down, but that is the ony way for it to work. Why would the 'comedy central has decided not to show his part' be made in the style of south park (lettering, etc) rather than a Comedy Central made splash screen claiming they wouldnt show it. If they showed the bit with the salmon helmet it wouldnt have been as funny, espically with the jesus-bush crap fest at the end. Had the scene be made it would have leaked out to the internet.
