who is/has taken them?

how much did you study?

were they extremely difficult?

what types of questions do they ask?


i need to get one of those lsat prep course books...

yeah just get a book to study with. My roomate took them, its all like... long questions, mostly logic i think. She used one of those books with practice questions she said it was helpful.

It's not really a test you can study for. Definitely take a practice test or two to get familiar with the format, but beyond that it's one of the few tests that does a pretty good job of testing your intellectual ability instead of your knowledge (which is probably why Mensa allows it as an acceptable test for entrance).

I took both the LSAT and the GMAT, and the LSAT was much easier in terms of preparation. I actually had to brush up on math and stuff for the GMAT.

i was just going to make a thread about it. I take them next Saturday.

I took a class over the summer and did no work. Just started studying this past weekend.

It's not that bad of a test - 50% logical reasoning
25% reading comprehension
25% logic games

If you study, your scores WILL go up. It's like learning skills, not gaining knowledge.
