I was recently cleaning out my computer and found this review I wrote. I know its old but I figured I'd Post it.

so after waiting 3 months for what was personally the most anticipiated concert i have ever been looking forward to has come and gone. Heres the review

Sunday, November 13th-Nintendo Fusion Tour@ the pageant in St Louis.

Arriving what I thought was early to a sold out show turned out not to be as early as we should have gotten there. The show started at 7, the doors opened at 6. We arrived there at 520 to a long, long, line that streched down the street from the venue to an intersection and turned down another block. The line didnt seem to move but i eventually found myself walking in the doors. I walked in and got a good feel for the venue and how it was all set up. So i got an awesome spot that i kept for the entire night about 4 rows back directly in the center. I waited in anticipation from 610 to 700 when the first band stormed the stage.

The Lights turned off and the crowd went nuts as PANIC! AT THE DISCO came out and went right into their first song "the only difference between suicide and martyrdom and suicide is the press coverage." They ripped through 2 more songs and the crowd seemed to love every second of it. The next song was "Lying is the most fun a girl can do without taking her clothes off" which was pretty good and they closed with "Time to Dance". Musically, Panic sounded pretty good and for only being 17 or 18 years old, they'll blow up so watch out for this band in the future.

The only difference between suicide and martyrdom is the press coverage
But its better if you do
I write sins, not tragedies
Lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off
Time to dance

BOYS NIGHT OUT came out next, and personally I really love their old stuff but they only played one old song and the rest were all off their latest cd "Trainwreck" which im not a huge fan of. I like this band but they really didnt fit the bill with the rest of the bands and not a lot of people seemed too into them. The highlight of their set was when Pete from fall out boy came out(which isnt much of a highlight) and lent a hand in screaming in their first song. Heres their setlist.

I got punched in the nose...(guest apperance from Pete from FOB)
Medicating
???
Waking
Composing (Guest appearance from Kenny From The starting line)

MOTION CITY SOUNDTRACK was up next and from seeing them live before i knew everyone was in for a treat and i wasnt wrong. they played a good set mixed well between old and new songs.Motion city soundtrack is a band that you can watch and can tell they love what they're doing and are having the time of their lives playing it in front of people. heres their setlist

THE STARTING LINE was next. I've seen the starting line 4 or 5 times before and the first 2 times they were really good and energetic. The last 2 times they were absolutely horrible. They werent energetic, they acted like they didnt want to be there, and they played all their songs slower than usual for some reason. So i wasnt looking forward to them or expecting much from them this time. But they changed my mind. They made up for the last 2 times and played amazing. They were very energetic and actually acted like they were having fun. They reminded me of the old starting line i used to love and made me a fan again.heres their setlist

Surprise, Surprise
The best of me
Inspired by the dollar sign
Ready
Given the chance
Autography
A goodnights Sleep
Bedroom talk
Leaving (Kenny sang part of Sugar we're going down during part of the song to get the crowd ready for fall out boy)

FALL OUT BOY, FALL OUT BOY, FALL OUT BOY. thats what the crowd chanted for and thats what they got. The lights turned out. the lightshow on the stage turned on and out came Fall out boy. They gave each other the traditional high fives they do before every show and went right into the first track off from under the cork tree "our laywers made us change the name of this song so we would'nt get sued". They ripped through a pretty good mix. Overall they were right on track even though i could have done without Pete bantering on between songs.

Our laywers made us change the name of this song so we wouldnt get sued

Wow it's very neat how they did appearances for some of the bands. The setlists were alright, but I just always say that cuz I always end up liking all the band's music off the albums. These were all my favorite bands too.Wish I could be there.
