Yes but Tommy John surgery has improved lots of guys' arms or at the very least, kept them at their normal, pre-injury velocity.

The worst this year was when Willie Randolph let Trachsel start a game after a rain delay Game began around 8:30 and I don't even know what time it ended. It went into extra innings too I think.

eh I dont know, he's been pretty terrible since going back down. Maybe the call-up stalled his growth?
