I suppose I'm a fan of Mr. Shwayze but I don't like rap that much so my opinion on the matter is pretty null.

I know, but almost everyone I know doesn't even realize that he started out/is as a rapper, they just know his tv show and "FLAVOR FLAV!!" haha.
plus, he's more of comedic effect in Public Enemy, Chuck D is the much more talented in my opinion

No doubt Chuck is more talented. Flavor Flav is probably the least talented of the whole group! There would be lots of people who only know him for his show (is that coming back on or has he settled for his babymoma?) but any true fan of the genre -- which I'll admit I'm not -- would say he is a more famous and accomplished artist than any of these guys. Shwayze is the opposite haha

yeah. Chuck gave the serious political side to it, which is awesome, and Flav made it fun, which is also important in rap music. "Mother fuck him and John Wayne" i love it haha

Voted Shwayze bc I like his album better, but Wale is definitely the best "Rapper" on this list.

Shad is awesome. Definitely my favorite hip-hop artist, and is probably the most underrated artist within this genre. If anyone hasn't heard of him, please download his album The Old Prince, and listen for yourself!

I can't wait for his new album to drop on 5/25. It will be sick, I'm sure.
