I love the Little Giants reference. I'm looking forward to hearing this because I think Faso Latido got a lot of unfair hatred towards it. I'm way more likely to listen to songs like Stand Up in 10 years compared to songs like The Shooting Star That Destroyed Us.

I mean this in jest, but still...

I'm so excited about this CD.
...And Don't Forget to Breathe is STILL one of my favorite CDs, but Faso Latido was, in my opinion, a major letdown.
The new songs sound great, though, so I can't wait to hear the whole thing.

Uh, if you know about anything that's happened to the band in the last year then you'll know you probably shouldn't look forward to this. Based off the preference you're stating.

Oh well. I'm always willing to give music a chance tho, so we'll see if I like it.

If the rest of the songs are as good as the 2 out now this record will be great.

Since I liked their earlier stuff WAY MORE then Faso Latido, I think I am going to be rocking this cd for awhile.

Honestly, these new songs sound like Faso Latido to me, maybe with more screaming. I still don't see why everyone bitches about Faso Latido.

well the title is stupid, anyways.

on a side not i have massive respect for these guys. they've gone through more shit in the past year and a half than most bands go through in 5 years. they're up there with acceptance, the juliana theory, and bayside in terms of unluckiness. i might have to pick this up.

From what I've heard, this album is supposed to be a big step-up from Faso Latido, which I found to be mediocre. I really dig the new version of "Hang 'Em High," so I'm pretty anxious to check it. ...And Don't Forget To Breathe is one of the best hardcore/metalcore records in existence, in my opinion.

"a shooting star that destroyed us all" is still an awesome song to me.

I'm looking forward to the return of ASL.

Faso was a great album imo. It did however take me a lil time to adjust to it as I was a fan of them when ... and don't forget to breathe came out. I am psyched for this cd it seems to be mixing the best elements of both cds. :)
