I used the search function and was sorta surprised when I can't find any thread or any reviews for this post-hardcore band from England .
I'm a huge fan of this band although I only started listening to them a couple of months back . Both their EP's were really good .
Their first album, Cutting Our Teeth's great as well . It sounds like a mix between Alexisonfire and Emarosa, don't you think ? Definitely one of my favorite albums that have been released this year so far . Thoughts ?

the clean vocals have reminiscents of Dallas Green in Alexisonfire and could stand alone, the screaming ruins everything they have going

That's the band "I am The Ocean" (a band that has way more talent than shitty We Are The Ocean)

I seriously don't get all the hate. Yeah, they're nothing fantastic, but everyone seems to think they're complete shit. I enjoy Cutting Our Teeth a lot, actually.

Nothing Good has happened yet, and Save Me Said the Saviour get regular plays by me, i think they are really good band.

I think they got a lot better with their new album, solely because of the new screamer.

Their old stuff didn't have anything going for it except for the clean vocals IMO. The scream sounded so generic it just hurt my ears.

But the new screamer sounds a lot better, he kinda has his own sound.

My favorite off the album was probably Confessions, but This Is Called My Home had that awesome "epic-screamo" feel you don't get very often.

I love the clean vocals but i agree the screaming kills it for me.

This band is amazing.period.
