Brand New release? I thought they're done after Daisy

Bayside's the only band on this list that hasn't let me down at least once. So psyched for the new record.

All of the above tbh.

I'm one of the kids who loved Daisy so I'm most excited about what Brand New will be coming out with next. I'm also really looking forward to new Glassjaw though

Bayside, I figure they will be the least favored but all their albums are great

You really haven't been let down by any of their albums yet?

Brand New for me.

I'm appalled at this Bayside hate...

Also, Bayside. I'm skeptical (although very hopeful) about TBS, I'll probably end up loving BN, and I'm a very laid back GJ fan.

TBS, Glassjaw, BN, then Bayside.

TBS. Duh.

I went with Bayside, because everything else will be so over-hyped that the end result will undoubtedly not live up. Always a reliable band too.

Brand New isn't winning? It's a crime!

Hype is the only reason TBS are winning this poll.

Bayside. Been a fan for ages, seen them more times than any other band (simply due to their constant touring, and frequent CA stops). Not to mention they always deliver.

TBS or Glassjaw.

bayside, by far. i'll listen to the new taking back sunday release, but i don't think reuniting the original members will be enough to take them back to the original sound/energy.

Brand New because I'm super biased but I'm soooo pumped for new TBS.

How could we not pick Brand New in this poll? They have progressively gotten much better over the years! Taking Back Sunday could be argued since Nolan is back with them, but they aren't nearly as promising as Brand New.

Bayside are ridiculously reliable for good music.
My vote goes to them.

I laughed at the thought of that

I look forward to all of these except Bayside, not that they're not good. I guess I just haven't taken the time to get into them. I like a few of their songs. I'm so interested to see where TBS, Glassjaw, and Brand New go next considering TBS' Tell All Your Friends lineup is back, we've been waiting about seven years for Glassjaw's record and how damn weird Daisy was.

goddammit, i miss-clicked.

tbs is what i want. bayside is what i voted. i don't even like bayside.

I voted Glassjaw, but I'm also really looking forward to TBS. Didn't know there were plans for a new BN album. They have yet to let me down. Still, it's been far too long since the last Glassjaw album..

Bayside without a doubt.

Bayside isn't in the other three's league. Sorry Bayside isn't bad, but it's true.

It's funny too how you could ask this in 02 and it'd go like
Taking Back Sunday's 2nd release
Brand New's 2nd release
Bayside's debut
Glassjaw's 3rd album

still waiting for Glassjaw all these years later.

glassjaw.... in my opinion, even though the record has taken forever, it wont have as much hype and expectations, I think TBS is in a really hard place after trying to save themselves by reuniting the original line up they better make every song on that album count. Pulambo is the man anyway

05/13/10, 12:19 PM
Could not get into Daisy in the least so I'm not particularly excited for Brand New's next project unfortunately. Haven't really listened to bayside that much since the self-titled. Glassjaw ain't my scene. I have however very high hopes for the next tbs release, I am basing this on the return of the tell all your friends era lineup and the brief clip from the video update they released. I think the hype for it is going to eclipse anything they could output regardless of the quality, still excited though.

I went Brand New even though I thought Daisy was horrid. TBS will probably make a solid album. Bayside I LOVE but they will never recapture Sires and S/T IMO they fell way down with Walking Wounded and especially with Shudder. Never really got into Glassjaw I like that one song though....

So Brand New was logical sense up until Daisy they never once let me down. Only got better with each album... until Daisy. God I don't like that album.

well im noticing a positive progression for bayside...brand new sucks, tbs has had too many misses... hmm i guess a new glassjaw could be pretty flippin' interesting

Brand New will always be potentially better than anyone else. Thus, they get my vote. But I am eagerly anticipating the upcoming Taking Back Sunday album.

Brand New is the only band that has so consistently trumped all the hype.
