Are the older simpsons series on dvd, old cartoon, or do they look as good as the new episodes?

They started doing two a year?
They've been releasing them every August, though... Not two a year.

The newer seasons have gotten shittier, but I'm still looking forward to it.

The Simpson's dvds are released on an Aug and December schedule. So season 9, if they keep the current pattern, will be released in the 3rd week of December.

Its wasn’t until season 11 that the Simpson's started to faultier when Mike Scully took over as executive producer.

I will admit that the new seasons aren't as funny or impressive as the earlier material, but I will always stand behind the statement that is one of the most entertaining shows on television. It could become the worst show in the world, and I think I would still watch it regularly. There's too many memories to leave behind.

it will be out in time for christmas
when i was younger i used to clear my schedule sunday nights to watch the simpsons, now i dont think ive seen a new episode in a year or two, and i dont even watch the repeats in the afternoon on fox. But you really have to respect this show, it has been around forever. I just wish they stopped it now instead of letting it slowly fade away into obscurity which is what seems to be happening.
