No It Isn't is nothing more than a demo. Plus, in the finished version, they'll be no girl vocals. So don't jump to conclusions about a band when you've only heard a crappy stream and another crappy stream of a demo (Didn't mean to sound dickish if I did).

Yeah I agree with you. This is awesome. Simple, but great song, the guitars are really interesting and I like the bridge it has an interesting bass line. AVA sucked ass, seriously, the delay riffs in every fucking song and of course he talked it up like it was going to be the shit, and it sucked. Every song was the fucking same. I have to agree that it was nice to hear Mark again but, on the other hand, I also have to agree that it is mediocre at best. Lyrically it's a bit too intense (I even think that he might be trying harder to be edgy than Tom)...musically it sounds like Boxcar with Mark singing.

On the note about Tom being a douche though: let us not forget that when Tom had a chance to pin blame he really didn't do it in the manner that Mark or Travis did; Tom might be a dick but who's too say there wasn't good reasoning? I think it was incredibly tactless of Mark to say the things he said, in truth or not, because regardless Tom didn't say anything negative about Mark, Travis, or Plus 44 (in fact I believe has was quoted as saying he really liked +44 and that he was sure the record would be amazing because Mark and Travis are the best musicians he's ever met)...I just think it's lame to automatically take Mark's word for 100% truth when there are always three sides to every story (one side, the other side, and the truth).

AVA wasn't mind altering but that CD grows on you like a son of a bitch. I'm hoping the +44 record does the same......all in all: I fuckin' miss blink 182

My only hope is that Plus 44 has elements of the old blink 182 style that everyone has come to love. To me, a album like Dude Ranch is so timeless, I mean I have been playin that album for probably eight years and yeah it is not ALL I listen too, but I probably listen to it atleast once every other day. The Dude Ranch songs are so good. I hope they can mix some good timeless blink style punk songs on this album too.

I agree. I just think people exaggerate Tom's comments alot. I think people make him out to be an asshole even though in my opinion he isn't because of some his more 'crazy' comments. Tom even said he wants to be friends with Mark and Travis again.

oh ps. ive noticed so far with everyone, people are still raging out on ava, which i understand, because tom didnt want to make another blink-182, he clearly said that, he pretty much grown from that point of life, everyone get use to it, +44 is good but it reminds me of blink-182 just with four members and im kinda dissapointed by that, i dont want another blink-182, i want the mark tom and travis blink-182, i really respect tom and ava, he did something new, and he gave respect to mark and travis and said he would like to work with them again in the future, what has mark and travis said about it, nothing, travis: this is the real tom, this is what you see, thats all im going to say about him and his band, mark: i didnt like ava, and everyone is for getting, that +44 was started before ava was, lets be honest, if mark would of never made a big deal about boxcar racer like he did, blink would still be together, a lot of people say tom killed blink, but it was really mark, because last time i checked, travis was in bcr as well, so it couldnt just be tom, plus, the last tour they had tom tried everything in his power to make mark be hisself on stage, mark only said a few joke stuff on stage but when you listen to the mark tom and travis show, mark and tom were going back and forth with jokes, mark never got over the fact he wasnt part of bcr, ALSO the transplants? come on now people, tom makes a new band and now he's the one being hated? everyone is saying tom didnt live up to his words, well to him he did, since he made the music, anything you create you will think is the best thing ever, even if a lot of people say it isnt, you still will think it is, so pretty much, your opp. doesnt matter, you could think its the worst cd ever, i dont, only for the fact that its not blink-182, if you are going to start a new project or band, dont make it sound like your last band, it makes sense, but like i said i liked the new song, still not giving me a good reason to buy the cd, but if i do, its only because of me being supportive of both ava and +44 in the memory of blink
