looks decent to me but you are a little weak at the RB position and that usually garners up the most points in a lot of fantasy leagues.

Dallas' defense will be topnotch this year

ronnie brown and deshaun foster = weak?

i'm probably gonna drop my 2nd kicker for another RB if i can find someone worth a damn

I like it.

You do have some questions marks though.

Will Foster stay healthy?
How much playing time will Maroney get?
Will Moss still put up big numbers with the new additions?

Overall though, looks good.

This my my team in a 16 team league. I have a lot of players with a bye week 4 (both denver and tampa are bye week 4). We also start 3WRs.

you're going to need to make a trade for a solid running back. who knows if brown can carry a full load and be successful, especially with culpepper there to throw the ball. and foster was hurt all last year, and deangelo williams looked good in the preseason. and your number one backup is, a backup, laurence maroney.

mikeford
09/02/06, 01:08 PM
maroney will be starting soon enough, ill bet money on that.

I would drop the extra kicker and the extra Defense. I'd keep Gostkowski and Dallas, I guess. Pick up another RB just in case. It looks alright to me though.

he's going to be double covered all the time. hes the only weapon w/ moulds gone.

hes a great deep threat, but not w/ losman at QB and the coverage he'll face. He'll be O.K, but I think you could get more value then what hes worth.

thoughts?
Not too bad. Pretty decent. I think your RB's could rack up tons of points for you, or completely bomb out. But I think they'll help you alot. Ronnie Brown will have a good to great year, and if Maroney can get the starting job somehow from Dillon, then he'll have a good season as well. But if he's sitting the majority and foster get's hurt then you could be kind of fucked.

Nah Michigan

On third-and-10 from the Minnesota 26, Gary Russell ran 61 yards to set up the game-winning kick for the Gophers (5-1, 2-1 Big Ten).

well they couldn't stop the run either, but the scoreboard clock wasn't working for the last like 1:30 of the game and they kept time on the field and stuff and so it was all dramatic on whether or not they'd get the FG off in time or not.

ive been playing fantasy football for like 5 years and I think I just drafted my best team of all time. Its a 10 team league, standard yahoo rules.

QB - Daunte Culpepper
WR - Marvin Harrison
WR- Donald Driver
WR- Darrel Jackson
RB - Ladanian Tomlinson
RB - Willis McGahee
TE - Todd Heap
BN - Lee Evans
BN - Drew Bennett
BN - Frank Gore
BN - Mike Bell
BN - Heath Miller
BN - Steve McNair
DEF - Seattle
K - Shayne Graham

I am in love w/ my WRs and overall depth at every position. everyone on my bench, minus mcnair, is a starter on normal teams.

yeah thats the only position im not in love with. i kept having players fall in my laps in rounds 5-7 though (Jackson, Heap, Evans), so I couldnt pass them up in favor of some quarterback like Bulger or Green. I think the QB position is unpredictable this year once you get past Manning, Palmer, Brady, McNabb, Hasselbeck.

i cant believe i was able to get guys like frank gore, mike bell, heath miller and drew bennett in rounds 9-12.

yeah there are a lot of QB's that are up and coming that could have good years or be completely terrible (i.e. Rivers, Simms, Young, Leinart, A. Smith, Frye, Losman, etc.)
