anybody hear their new record? these guys are pretty cool. they've gotten more melodic and faster-paced. really solid metal album if you're into more melodic stuff.

I've been listening to the new one a lot the past couple days. I randomly checked them out in your recs, which I haven't done in a while. I'm not the hugest metal/hardcore guy and don't really know my stuff all that well, but I was trying to find some more "melodic metal" kind of in this vein (metal instrumentals with more clean singing). Know any more?

Scar Symmetry... a lot of clean vocals... though some "growling"

haha my bad, I took "I'm not the biggest metal/hardcore guy" in the "I only listen to Underoath and Silverstein hardcore" type. No offence.
