My recommendation: become a pirate and go on a treasure-hunt for the new mewithoutYou. So worth it.
Plus pirates are cool.

Ray LaMontagne - Until the Sun Turns Black
While substantially different from Trouble, the shift was incredibly well done.

Eliot Morris - What's Mine is Yours
For fans of Counting Crows.

Kite Flying Society - Where is the Glow?
For fans of a slightly less cutesy The Boy Least Likely To, Page France & The Shins to a certain extent, etc.

Brian Wilson - Smile
This sounded sooooo great to my ears yesterday.
:D

This is where I would recommend the new M. Ward album, but I haven't recieved my order yet and thus haven't heard it. Hell, I'm sure it's good. I recommend it.

I recomend the new songs from Panda Bear. These songs are reminiscent of Pet Sounds Era beach boys yet at the same time they are completely different.

I also have been spinning a lot of Mark Kozelek lately. Listen to What's Next To The Moon, his album of AC/DC covers. It's quite amazing really unless you are a huge AC/DC fan because he turns some of their early balls out anthems into quiet love songs.

Definatley the new Justin Timbelake.
Also, Danity Kane, they are my guilty pleasure, but only like half of the cd.
I have been listening to both Sound of Animals fighting cds since I saw them at House of Blues last week.
I've also been watching Nip/Tuck...I'm fucking STOKED for season 4.

Is it just me, because it seems like I'm the only person who DOESN'T like the new My Chemical Romance song. I find it kind of boring. I miss the energy their songs used to have.

I've been listening to him for a while but for some reason that song "nervous tick motion of the head to the left" has been playing on my speakers for weeks now.

There's nothing wrong with me. It's just not nearly as good as everyone on this website makes the album out to be.

MewithoutYou - Brother, Sister. geez they really outdid themselves this time around. I thought it was going to be another typical cd of theirs. Definitely top 10 of the year.

These Arms are Snakes - Easter. The best hard rock band around period. See them live and you won't disagree. Can't wait to watch them kill this cd live.
