How great does this game look? Ive been very pumped and now that its close to the release date I couldnt be more ready to play. It all looks like its gonna add up to an intense game. Xbox 360 exclusive which for me doesn't matter cause I am a 360 owner but its ashame PS3 players wont get a chance with this one if it turns out as good as it looks. Now that im done with Bioshock 2, at least the single player mode, im ready for a new challenging single player game.

I've played to the beginning of episode 4. I won't spoiled anything but I just thought it was repetitive and really corny. It was really predictable and the voice acting was pretty terrible. I don't know if that was because of it being a leaked version though. I wasn't even that into the story to begin with. Some moments reminded me of Silent Hill and Resident Evil but in a more open world. I might go back and finish it if I have time before Red Dead Redemption. Also, the game itself is pretty easy. I was playing on Hard Difficulty and hadn't come close to dying. After you beat it Nightmare difficulty opens up, maybe that will be a challenge?

Yea ive played Mass Effect 2, its not really my thing..i mean I like it but im not as big a fan of it as say the Bioshock games.

i never trust an early review...... usually they get an exclusive review because they promise to give the game a certain score.... they usually say "its the score we would have given regardless" to escape losing credibility, but i guarantee you the average review from all sites will be less than that 9. just a personal observation of what happens when a site scores an early review

It's not an early review. Review embargo was lifted, all major website (aside from gamespot) have reviews for the game up.

Done this on Normal and Hard difficulties so far (just started the Nightmare difficulty) and I have loved every moment. Best game I have played that concentrates on story while being fun to play in a long time.

I have to agree, the storyline and setup is great. The only thing I think could've been improved (so far), are the character's facial expressions.
Since it's a story-oriented game, the facial expressions are pretty important and they're not too bad, but they could've done a little better. But that's just nitpicking. Great game so far. Bout to hop back on.

What chapter is everyone on? I have stopped for a bit but im at the beginning of Chapter 5 and its getting good. I do think they could make the game less repetitive and put something different in the game to change things up a bit other than flashlights and guns shooting at the dark presence. The story is brilliant so theres no complaints about that.
