Hahaha yeah it is on 'this is a stick up .. don't make it a murder'. When you hit the last track forward and you'll get to it. It's one of the best songs off the album. If you read the AP review of the album he mentions the hidden track as "the gem of the album"

it's a great song, definetely the best on the album in my opinion.
i could be totally wrong so nobody get at me please, but i think the opening chords in verse 1 after the bells (and in all verses there after) could be somewhere around (work the pattern yourself):
