Trade Straight Up : PS3 for XBOX 360

Want to switch to Xbox from my PS3. I'd like to trade straight up. I have a 80GB PS3 with two controllers and MW2, Skate 2, GTA4, and Tiger Woods 2010. Want to try and get an XBOX Elite or one with a hard drive with two controllers and MW2 as well.
