Booze. I could give a million reasons why but this is the first to come to mind:
I know a guy with no game who's always unsuccessfully trying to pick up girls. When he's drunk he can get a drunk girl but one of them always ends up throwing up on the other. When he and the girl are high he's actually kind of smooth.

So you realize you're saying cannabis causes more problems and then giving an example where booze causes a much worse problem.

That explains the 2 people who voted for cannabis, they must have read the question wrong, because I don't see how you can defend that cannabis is worse, but I would love to hear if and why someone believes that.

booze. weed has no real long term problems associated with it, and actually has some benefits to it.

i don't smoke, and don't plan on starting anytime soon (nor have i ever).. but i'm totally willing to acknowledge that weed is the lesser of two evils here.

for me personally, weed. i'm one of those people that cannot function normally high. at all. i act like a fucking moron and say retarded shit, and it tends to give a bad impression to people. plus it gets me all self-conscious and depressed. being drunk is fucking awesome, on the other hand.

in terms of physical dangers, though, booze is obviously worse.

That's so crazy. I have friends who say the exact same thing. One person I know said they hate smoking weed because it makes them feel dirty and uncomfortable, and looking at her when she's high you can tell she's just not in the right place.

Some things just aren't for some people.

Yeah, it definitely just affects people differently. I can't understand how some of my friends love weed and they can't understand why I hate it. It just depends on your personality, I guess.

Yeah trying to tell someone who's high they're wrong is pretty hard, and being high and trying to say a sober person is wrong just comes off cliche and muffled by snappy judd apatow references.

exactly the way i feel too, though i can kind of handle weed a bit better than that, depending on how much a smoke.
it's phenomenal when you're writing music of course.

If we're being logical, if weed's illegal, alcohol should be illegal. And imagine the drug cartel situation then...

The money we'd save on the economy and the stopping of wasting our police forces time alone is ridiculously reasonable arguments for why it should be legalised. Severely disappointed by the lack of stoner love on AP. I can't get enough of the ganja. I gave up most alcohol because of my spare tire. It is much more relaxing than alcohol, and you can actually function when stoned as opposed to drunk. And I think there are a lot more drunk-driving accidents than marijuana-driving accidents. Wait, marijuana-driving accidents? Nevermind, that shit is only on commercials.
