so far, shapes and distance (s&d) is a one person project headed by christopher micheal, a guitarist/bassist/drummer from the bay area, california.
the music ranges from explosions in the sky-esque ambience to godspeed you! hugeness and circa survive urgency. s&d is currently demoing new material with plans to release an ep mid october. s&d is currently looking for members as well. drums, guitar, bass, voice, and keys are needed for live shows, as the ep is planned on being recorded completely by christopher himself, playing all of the instruments.
new demos and acoustic tracks will be up in a week or so on the s&d yspace, as well as pictures from the studio.
