Apparently Levar Burton has been hinting at it. Would definitely watch

I think this show is the reason why I was so obsessed with reading when I was younger, I didn't know it was still on up until 2006.

I loved that show when I was a kid.

Side note: I hate no idea it was on the air until 2006.

the only thing i'd watch on that channel was Wishbone, and that's only cuz my best friend at the time loved that show... i never got into Reading Rainbow, Wishbone, or Ghost Writer, or any of those other shows.

I wouldnt watch it..i mean come on it was a great childhood show but it was forgettable compared to the likes of the cartoons i liked as a kid.

I loved the spelunking episode of Reading Rainbow. And if they did a dinosaur one, I loved that too. I have a specific image of a couple people crawling around an indoor slope with bones and shit, but I can't remember who they were or what show that was.

1) I can still hear the Reading Rainbow theme in my head.

2) Bill Nye was in the audience at one of my shows last fall. Thrilling.

We used to watch this once a week in class when I was in second grade I think. Not sure if I ever watched on my own though.

Would definitely check out if this came back. Loved this when I was a kid.
