THIS GUY (http://www.myspace.com/goot). Really great solo material here, not to mention it's pretty cheap. I have all his stuff, just about.

I've liked them for 5 years. They're the only band I've liked for that long. And I'm 18, not 16! I don't see what age has got to do with it - plenty of people around your age, even older, like them.

The fact that you got offended by a playful comment proves my point. Listen to Billy Joel.

That argument above was necessary and adorable.

Listen to 'Turnstiles' by Billy Joel and wonder why anyone else kept trying after that album was released. I love SoCo and Jack's as much as the next guy, but Andrew is no Billy.

Didn't check the six pages of posts before me but...

Socratic, particularly their album called Lunch For The Sky.

Otherwise Ben Folds/Ben Folds Five (Whatever And Ever Amen, Rocking The Suburbs are my favorites), SoCo/JM (Leaving Through The Window, North, Everything In Transit), Waking Ashland (Composure), andThe Wedding have a few good piano-driven tracks ("But A Breath", "I-540", and "Revelation").

I became a member today only to suggest Crash Kings. This thread hasn't received many posts so not surprised they weren't on here. But I'd suggest to anyone who just enjoys music as a whole and good musicians in general to give Crash Kings a try. If you enjoy older rock then definitely click on the first like, pretty enjoyable. The second link is of them live.
