Texas. I'll post what I put in the NCAA thread.
I like Texas by 3-7 points. I think Texas will be able to run on that defense like Wolfe did last week. I do think Ohio State will be able to put up some points as well but I like the home crowd to basically be the deciding factor in what should be a great game. Also Wolfe put up decent numbers in the first half, it was not all in the second half (as was stated somewhere on here that he only got yards in the second half when it was a blowout). I think he had something along the lines of 90 receiving and 70 rushing in the first half. I may be wrong on that...but I know he had a lot of receiving yards in the first half. So if Texas has its RB's come out of the backfield that could cause trouble as well.
I'm gonna change my score a little to bit and lower it to Texas 24-21.

osu. even though we have 2 starters back on the defense, texas doesnt have a qb. and we should be able to stop the running game. and our offense is insane. troy smith loves pressure, and theres gonna be alot of it.

OSU, because Colt McCoy is going to be seeing stars all game long. He's in for a rude awakening once he realizes the defense across the line isnt North Texas.

Better QB. I just read in the paper today that OSU expects to have a crowd there. The OSU alum rented out the texas bball arena and expects to have a decent crowd for the game. This could help the Bucks late in the game.

Crowds aren't effective when they are silenced =).
I for one think it's bullshit that they ranked Texas #2 just so this week would be 1 vs 2.

good marketing ploy. It did not help that ND did not play to their full expectation.
OSU played against a great RB with Garrett Wolfe. The guy is does amazing for not having a supporting cast and lack lusting line. I am not saying the 2 Texas RBs a joke but they are not as good as Wolfe.
That all being said, this should be yet another exciting game to see

put it this way. when the play ended and miami players rushed onto the field, i was in my dads arms going crazy for a good five seconds before the penalty made me cry.
it was a really good game, but i will never be able to swallow that loss.

Are they on the same level as the players they are replacing? no, not yet. But will be someday. These guys are not push overs either. I have stressed this a lot and will say it again. GARRETT WOLFE IS GOING TO BE THE #2 BACK OUT OF THIS DRAFT. or at least the 2nd best from it.
Texas has more of an experienced D than OSU but its such a big school I think both teams can compete no matter what. The LB core for OSU is supposedly coming along well. In fact, better than last years LBs at this age. Inexperienced yes, talented definitely

hamby got alot of death threats and hatemail and shit for that last year. i was pissed off that he dropped it, but i kinda feel bad for him for how bad he was treated.
and how good is the texas running game? im convinced thats the only way osu could loose this year.

well I never said I do not like Texas. I am Buckeye fan so of course I will be going rooting for OSU. A few people in here are from Ohio and root for the Bucks as well.
As for the rest of the season with Texas, I will root for them when they play Oklah
