Rushmore Records (http://www.rushmorerecords.com)' myspace page (http://www.myspace.com/rushmorerecords) has been updated to only include two bands on the roster: Houston Calls (http://www.absolutepunk.net/houstoncalls) and Self Against City (http://www.absolutepunk.net/selfagainstcity).

It's basically one of the greatest movies ever made....and yea, those are the only two bands really worth knowing on Rushmore.

weird that the mile after and the cover didn't announce anything even though the cover hasn't done anything at all.. but yeah. weird.

Rushmore's website hasn't been updated since January.
I'm gonna have to take Madison's side in this case. With this kind of treatment of bands, there must be something wrong with the administration over there.

an angle has been doing stuff...
and the reason they're not listed is because they only list the recent releases, if we're looking at the same myspace here. an angle is still on their top howevermany.
though, jenoah and morning call really do seem to have fallen off the face of the earth. i liked the new song morning call put up...
and jenoah was just....they started well and then lucky left and everything went to hell, it appears. too bad.
The only good bands on that label anyways.
and thats being generous

Morning Call have been writing and demoing. The reason why they were so lazy was because of their old singer who didn't pull his weight..
You'll see. YOU'LL ALL SEE!

Not what the story was, but I don't want to go into it because: 1. It's not happening anytime soon now. 2. Rich was pissed when that rumor leaked.
The rumored signings were good stuff though.

Great! This was one of the best moves Drive Thru has made in a long time. TMA is okay, but they haven't done too much either. They are the only band that is being dropped that would make some sort of case for staying.

We don't know that they were dropped, for the record.
But I'd bet they were, they've been writing/demoing too long, with not enough results.

they really have been taking forever. i really do like the band, but they arn't anything that special so i wouldn't be supprised if they got dropped
and also we don't know that for sure, it could just be a mistake

Maybe this is a turn for the better? Hopefully its a plus/plus for both the label and the bands. I wish the best for the bands and the label.
Glad to see DTR doing things to move fwd.

what's the point of having a sublabel with 2 artists? just let it go richard.. let it go.
houston calls is too good to not support. i guess since they aren't "cute" like HGB, DTR could give a crap about them

an angle is still on there. they have toured for over 6 months this year. jenoah broke up i think. i am pretty sure their drummer quit. i have no idea about morning call. actually, i don't think i have ever heard them.
