I went with China, with North Korea close behind the Israel-hating middle east countries.

China has such a fucking massive population of people that will never know basic freedoms that so many of the rest of us are afforded. They don't have the violence that some of the middle east countries have, nor as strict a government as North Korea, but the sheer thought that 1/6 of the world has no religious or speech freedom because of the Chinese government is just depressing.

At least China is a relatively productive player on the world stage, whereas North Korea doesn't seem to do anything but make weapons and hate people.
