Kind of a "whos going to what shows" kinda thing. location specific. Such as... "Im going to Rancid in Chicago tomorrow, who else is going" good way to meet some people and maybe make new show buddies,.

well, i met a couple of people yesterday because they made a thread in the general forums asking if anyone would be around the show they were going to last night. i don't know how you could organize that on a large scale though.
