I love all of them, but if I had to choose one it would definetely be 'Say It Like You Mean It'.
First I ever heard of them, and the most pop punk of their albums. And I LOVE pop punk

I was actually thinking about this yesterday with a few friends. I'd definitely say Say It Like You Mean It. At first I was going to say they got worse and worse with each album. But then i realized they didn't. they changed, no doubt. and for most bands, a drastic change like TSL did would put them straight in the shitter. But i really think they changed but stayed good. I liked both Based On a True Story and Direction, but SILYMI trumps all.

Direction > BOATS > SILYMI

don't get me wrong, I love them all to death, but if I had to put them in order I would say that.

the song photography is so good it saddens me to have to put BOATS in second. haha.

SILYMI was a high school staple. BOATS was hit or miss, and D (since we're going with acronyms) was a step back in the right direction. I enjoy them all, though.

Give me a fucking break. The latter two albums beat the shit out of SILYMI in every way.

IMO Say It Like You Mean It is safe pop punk (but good), BOATS has my favorite (Surprise, Surprise) and my least favorite (Bedroom Talk) TSL songs, and Direction sounds totally different (kind of).
It's hard to chose beteen BOATS and Say It Like You Mean It, but I know Ilike them both more than Direction. It was progression for them though, and has good tracks, but still my least favorite.

This thread makes me want to get their new-ish live cd/dvd.

Easily the bands best work imo. That album is fantastic. Surprise Surprise, The World, Ready, The B-List are all great

After that come Direction>>Say It Like You Mean It
