Dude, if you want to be in a scenecore band get people who can: scream, sing, and play their instruments to a more proficient level than "introduction to shrill-chords 101".

The only reason I can imagine people wanting to be in such a band however is to meet underage girls who are willing to show your some nipple, in which case, an order of rohypnol is cheaper and would be much more effective in the short-term.
