If all of these bands reunited for one show on the same night and it was only possible to go see one of them, which band would you go see?

ever since I've seen videos of ATDI live, I can safely say I would kill to see them live just once

Wow this is an incredibly hard choice. I think I'd have to say Refused.

even At The Drive-In would vote for Fugazi.

so hard, i had to go with Midtown since they are my fav. but i would die for ATDI as well
ACTUALLY I CHANGE MY ANSWER AFTER READING THE FULL POST; I would pick ATDI becuase ive seen Midtown many times live. I would love to experience the energy of a ATDI show. their live shows look intense

Definitely At the Drive-In, then Fugazi. The rest I wouldn't even bother to see, except maybe Jawbreaker if it was guaranteed that they'd play Jet Black.
I'm not even really a big fan of Fugazi, but I'd go see them anyway if they came back and I had the chance.

Fun poll.
I picked Refused, with ATDI as a close second.

ATDI or Fugazi. Easily the best stage presence of all time, along with Bear Vs. Shark.
I was shocked at first when I saw that Midtown was beating Fugazi, until I realized what site i was on.

That's how i feel even though Northstar is one of my all-time favorites. I'm actually not sure whether I'd rather see Refused or Fugazi though. Too sick to decide. Imagine seeing ATDI, Fugazi, and Refused together. Most explosive show imagineable

For me a massive decision between Refused and Midtown. But New Noise sways the vote, just imagine...
FUGAZI.
Though if Botch was on the list i'd definitely go see them instead.
but still....FUGAZI.

This poll is ridiculously hard but made slightly easier by the fact that I was lucky enough to see Blake Schwarzenbach's new band perform last year. It was between Refused and Fugazi for me but I have a feeling Refused would absolutely destroy live so I went with them.

I always did want to see ATDI, but I have seen the Mars Volta, which is probably the next best thing. It's gotta be Fugazi for me - I was too young when they were still touring, but I grew up listening to them thanks to my brothers (one of whom saw them six times, lucky bastard).

Great poll! Very tough question, since I enjoy all bands listed. I totally just realized that I saw Northstar about six years ago, so I would have to say ATDI.

Haha I know the feeling. Definitely not something you can jump into head-first without some previous knowledge. Luckily for me At the Drive-In comes right after As Cities Burn on my iTunes so the transition is decently smooth.

I look at As Cities Burn like this:
Son, I Loved You at Your Darkest is one of the best debut albums I've ever heard.
Come Now Sleep is one of the best follow-ups I've ever heard.
Hell or High Water was a let down, you could tell they knew it would be their last record going into it and just got a case of the "fuck-it"-s.
Sad way to go out imo. (Even though Into the Sea was a pretty epic song in itself.)

haha i don't listen to them. all i know is this wonderful band called Oceana released a phenomenal 4 track EP this month and everybody tried to say it sounded like HOHW, which to me, sounds incredibly sub-par amidst sooo many good releases in heavy music and just music in general, there's nothing special about it.

Yeah, I can agree with that. I hate it when a band I've loved for so long pulls a "fuck-it" record. Self-titled Boys Night Out, anyone?

hard to choose for me, probably 'Blue,' but that one's the most experimental IMO. i'd start with 'Woolgod.' just dwnld the whole thing, it's like a whole opus from start to finish, w/motifs and everything, even for an EP. it flows really well.
