well i want to loose a little weight, not that im fat or anything but whatever. how can i beable to do this, im gonna try to go down to about 4 pops a week,and 3 meals a day without eating before i sleep, im gonna do some running about 30 mins a day, well i have already started, not to fast,moderate pace, i suppose,and do some biking, like 30 mins, any other pointers? im about 5'10 or 5 11 and 160 lbs

Are you kidding me. Stop eating shitty food and workout. Lift weights, run, be active. Its also not about losing 10 pounds thats a stupid goal. Your goal should be to look and feel better. If you lift you will loose fat while gaining muscle meaning you wont lose 10 pounds but you will look a hell of a lot better

He's not tryig to look like a worlds strongest man douche like yourself, champ.

Eat small portions, but spread it out enough to make youself full at the end of the night. It increases your metabolism. Make sure to exercise. Cardio stuff is generally really good for something like losing weight.

This is a stupid idea. If you hydrate to much, you wont really loose that much weight. The main problem here is that you will actually deprive your body of nutrients. Drink water, but dont over do it

Water is good for you. If you don't drink water and you're trying to "lose weight" then you'll just be losing water weight and you wont have done anything in the long run.

There is truth in this. Eat smaller meals more consistently and it will speed up your metabolism. breakfast being the most important to kickstart that. I was using lifting as an example. I cant stand it when people say, "I want to lose 10 pounds." You should judge yourself by how you feel, and how you look not by ooh I lost 10 pounds im a success

Water is good for you. If you don't drink water and you're trying to "lose weight" then you'll just be losing water weight and you wont have done anything in the long run.

of course water is good for you. I have seen people go to the hospital for migraines because of Over Hydration .I shit you not.

Set realistic goals. You can lose ten pounds the wrong way and actually do your body harm. Your talking to an ACE certified personal trainer here man. You're arguing just to argue

1. You will not drink pop, you will not drink anything with sugar except for post workout. And that should only be dextrose, maltrodextrin, etc.. You will drink water
2. You will eat more than 3 meals a day. Infact, you will eat 6. Spread them out in smaller portions. It speeds up your metabolism. Plus the last thing you want to do while losing weight is cut your calories back a ton.
3. You will eat meals consisting of lean proteins like chicken, egg whites, turkey, fish, etc.. and complex carbs like whole grain products, brown rice, sweet potatoes, veggies, etc..
4. While you should try to limit the amount of fat you eat aside from good fats(omega-3's and 6's) that can be found in flax seed, fish, nuts... you should focus big time on eliminating sugar.
5. Lift WEIGHTS. Neglecting weight training while trying to lose weight is one of the most common/stupid mistakes someone can make.

No, you can do sit ups from the time you wake up until the time you sleep. You're not going to have abs unless you have a good diet or good genetics...but if you had good genetics you wouldn't be asking the question.

HAHAHA that was classic... Different things work for different people, I eat 3 meals a day and do cardio about 5 days a week with running. And in the last year I have lost 40 pounds and still am dropping pounds. Playcracksky def knows what hes talking bout but i'm sure he understands different things do work with different people.. and Eating past 7 is fine.. I have heard it from TONS of doctors... your body has no idea what time it is.. just watch your calories..
