I actually think their live show is better than the album, and I really like the album. It's very orchestrated, it's as much of a "show" as it is a concert.

they are VERY good live, if you like the cd, you wont be dissapointed. i saw them at one of their first shows in a small venue, and then again on the arena tour with TBS, i wasnt dissapointed.

This is soooooo awesome for Envy on the Coast, that band is so freaking good. If you haven't streamed their EP yet, stop reading this post and do so, you won't be dissapointed.

I couldn't stop laughing when Tom did the little "Fuck Bush" statement in Canada. I've been a huge blink-182 fan since I was like 11, but when I saw AvA live I just wasn't feeling in. They're much more enjoyable on CD, IMO.

BTW, that's pretty big for Envy on the Coast to be on this tour. Congrats to them.

I didnt know that being patriotic was being arrogant... But its alright when Germans or Italians wave around there flags... Was he supposed to run around waving a Canadian flag or for that matter a Mexican Flag...

Infact the entire cd was written over the subject of war and how his brother and our armed forces are dying for a cause that is non-existent...

But then again, I forgot the object of the game is to say yes " We created the most shitties record of all time"... The reason an artist put out a record is because they are proud of it and they can surely not give a fuck what your saying on a message board.. You really think Tom DeLonge cares that you think he is over rated or a pompous asshole.. Atleast he believes in the music he is making...

I saw Angels and Airwaves open for TBS and IMO they stole the show. I really liked the band's cd, and seeing them live made me like the band even more. Normally when I see TBS I walk away thinking they were the best act of the night, but not on July 2nd, they sure weren't.

I heard it was coming to Convention Hall in NJ instead of Starland (that's what I read somewhere), but AAR got moved to Starland from Convention Hall, I guess something is wrong with it. It says this on Starland's site: "Due to concerns related to the availability of Convention Hall to be able to open for this show, Concerts East and House Of Blues have moved their All-American Rejects show to Starland. The date and door time (6pm) remain the same."

Damn. This was one of the announcements Starland has tonight, and I was actually hoping that it would turn out to be a Plus 44 show. Because on the 15th Plus 44 are in the NYC area. Ironic that AVA is coming around the same time.

In my experience, no. I'm not a huge fan of the album but found their live show to be great.
